Who is responsible
Norbel Trading AS, Oslo, is the data controller for information submitted through norbel.no. Questions about privacy can be sent to trading@norbel.no.
What information we collect
When you use a form on the website, we store what you fill in: name, company, organisation number, email, phone, address and the content of your message. We collect no information beyond what you provide yourself.
What we use it for
The information is used to answer your enquiry, send the price list and terms, and open an account where you ask for one. The basis is your consent, which you give by ticking the box in the form.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept as long as needed to follow them up. Information about a customer account is kept for as long as the account lasts, and then for as long as accounting law requires.
Who has access
The information is not shared with anyone other than the suppliers who run email and the website for us. It is never sold on.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, and withdraw your consent, by emailing trading@norbel.no.
Cookies
The website does not use cookies for tracking or marketing.
